A very important part of Tri-County’s program is its Youth Festival, now in its 64nd year. Tri-County organizes one of the area’s most prestigious competitions for aspiring young musicians living in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. The Association’s Annual Youth Festival offers talented students an opportunity to audition before and receive critiques from professional judges, and the winners receive scholarships for their musical training and the opportunity to perform before a discriminating audience at our Annual Festival Concert.
